Shipping policy

Thank you for your order. After you submit your order online, it can take 1 to 2 business days to process your order for shipping. All of our shipments are sent via USPS, FedEx, or UPS and take an additional 2 to 4 days to arrive after your order is shipped. There is a chance of possible delays with the shipping carriers which is out of our control. We freeze our products before shipping, however your pretzels will arrive thawed. They are ready to freeze upon arrival to enjoy later or heat-and-eat immediately.

You will receive an email with tracking information at the time of shipment. Please note that we currently ship our pretzels in the United States.

Please note that orders paid for with Paypal will not be shipped or processed until payment notification is received by Paypal.

Our artisanal soft Pretzels and Liège Belgian Waffles are pre-baked, shipped from frozen, then thaw while in transit. Due to the water content of our product and the maximum possible time in transit, our pretzels and waffles are perfectly safe to refreeze upon arrival. 

Please rest assured that once thawed, the products will be fresh for up to 7 days before needing to be placed in the freezer! Both our pretzels and waffles are good for up to a year and a half when kept frozen. All salts and sugars can be stored at room temp, and we recommend refrigerating our sauces after opening!

If your order says it has been delivered, but you have not received it, please wait 1 business day before contacting us. Occasionally, packages get marked as delivered when they arrive at the final carrier's destination and get delivered to you shortly after. If your package is damaged or deemed lost, please let us know and we will assist you!
