Classic Pretzel Salt

• 1 Bag Turnbuckle Soft Pretzel Sticks
• 1 Lb. cooked lobster meat, or meat from 2-3 medium-sized lobsters
• 4 Tbsp butter
• 1 Tbsp mayo
• 1 Tbsp finely diced celery rib
• 1 Tsp lemon juice
• Sprinkle of chives
• Salt & pepper to taste

Directions: 

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Cut a "V" shape out of the tops of thawed turnbuckles, like a sub bun.
3. In a small bowl, stir together softened butter and garlic. Spread mixture onto the insides of the precut turnbuckles. Toast in the oven for 3-5 minutes.
4. Drain lobster and pat excess moisture off with a paper towel. If needed, cut lobster meat into chunks.
5. Add butter to a skillet over medium heat. Add lobster to pan of melted butter and toss to coat. Cook until just warmed, about two minutes (it's already cooked, so we're just warming it). Use a slotted spoon to remove meat and let excess butter drip into the pan.
6. Pour the warmed lobster into a bowl with the mayo and stir to combine.
7. Add diced celery, lemon juice, chives, salt, and pepper to the bowl and stir to combine.
8. Place 1/6 of lobster mixture into the Turnbuckle Soft Pretzel Sticks. Top with a sprinkle of fresh chives and serve immediately.

• 1 Wheelhouse Signature Soft Pretzel
• 1 Bag One-Timer Soft Pretzel Bites
• 2 Tablespoons butter, melted
• 1 Package of Classic Pretzel Salt
• 4 Ounces of cream cheese, softened
• 1/3 Cup cour cream
• 1/2 Teaspoon garlic salt
• 1.5 Cups of your favorite BBQ pulled pork
• 2 Cups of shredded colby jack cheese
• 1 Bundle fresh chives, for garnish

Directions

1. If Wheelhouse Signature Soft Pretzel is frozen, preheat oven to 400 degrees. If it's thawed, preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Place Wheelhouse on a baking sheet, brush with 1 tablespoon melted butter, and sprinkle with Classic Pretzel Salt.
3. If Wheelhouse is frozen, bake for 8 to 10 minutes. If it's thawed, bake for 4 to 6 minutes.
4. While the oven is still preheated, place 1 bag of One-Timer Soft Pretzel Bites on a baking sheet, brush with remaining tablespoon of butter, and sprinkle with Classic Pretzel Salt.
5. If One-Timers are frozen, bake for 4 to 6 minutes. If they're thawed, bake for 3 to 4 minutes.
6. Using a stand mixer, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, garlic salt, and 1 cup of the colby jack shredded cheese.
7. When a smooth consistency is achieved, mix in the pulled pork.
8. Place the pulled pork mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining shredded cheese.
9. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbling. Remove from oven.
10. Place the Wheelhouse on a large serving tray.
11. Spoon the pulled pork mixture into the center of the Wheelhouse and arrange One-Timers on the dish.
12. Garish with fresh chives.

• 4 FourSeam Soft Pretzel Buns
• 1 Packet of Hickory Smoked BBQ Salt
• 1 Tablespoon of melted butter
• 2 Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast (once cut in half, this recipe makes four servings)
• 1 cup orange juice
• 1 Tablespoon garlic seasoning
• ½ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp black pepper
• 1 Avocado sliced and smashed
• 1 Lime, juiced
• 1 Heirloom tomato sliced
• 4 Slices of your favorite cheese
• 4 Leafy greens
• 4 Strips of bacon cooked

Instructions: 

1. Combine orange juice, garlic, salt and pepper in a medium mixing bowl to create a marinade
2. Cut chicken breasts in half and place them into the marinade 
3. Preheat the grill on high heat
4. Place chicken breasts on the grill for 15 minutes, turning once.
5. While the chicken cooks, slice tomatoes and lettuce, smash avocados and add lime juice.
6. During the last minute of cooking, place the cheese slices on chicken to melt. Place salted and buttered FourSeam Soft Pretzel Buns on grill to heat.
7. Remove the buns from the grill, place the chicken breasts on each bun. Top with smashed avocado, a slice of tomato, lettuce and bacon. Repeat, until all the chicken sandwiches are done. Enjoy!
